The disco-fitness concept is currently held at many universities, gyms, and dance studios, which is recognized as massively beneficial both for the physical and mental aspects of participants due to its unique atmosphere and masterly constructed structure as well as the method of teaching that is used. We have the concept in various facilities and train instructors to lead classes all around the world.

CHAIR DANCE EXPRESS CONCEPT  

Fun and pleasant dance concept with a chair that exercises a variety of sensual energies and trains body openness and a free expression that is often suppressed by the fear of social judgement. The versatility of sensual energies ensures that "sensuality" isn't only perceived here by the commercial construct of it, as such that no one dictates “how women are supposed to be sensual”. We have the concept in various facilities and train instructors to lead classes all around the world.

BODY EXPRESSIVE LEUVEN

For everyone - Body Expressive Leuven is a local in-person and international online studio (you can virtually join classes from any place in the world) with a variety of formats from fitness and Pilates to dance. Our unique approach is to shift our focus to the expression of our body and to the emotional aspect of movement that cleans our body from traumas and replaces them with a deep sense of liveliness and joy. We aspire to bring a change in social awareness in this self-care area.

CONSULTANCY AND EXECUTION 

Based on versatile and multi-industrial records of work, that range from writing legislative recommendations for the European Commission; running ministerial-level political campaigns; building structures and functioning mechanisms of civic movements, organisations and businesses; to designing, implementing and fundraising educational trainings or human rights advocacy and communication strategies on a local, national and international level.  Ready to oversee, "test" or execute almost any process, human resources match or communication plan on a micro and macro level.
